This post I found particularly appealing to myself, not often do you see such an impressive specimen of this species of fish. Smallmouth bass, the fish being held up by this angler, is endemic to the northern United States and Canada. They are found in nearly any kind of freshwater ecosystem, from large lakes to tiny streams. St. Croix made this post and asked their audience what was the largest bass they had caught. This sparks conversation among anglers, it immediately gets the gears turning, I spring to different times in my life when I was lucky enough to land a true beast of a fish. Any fisherman in the northern United States probably has a memory of landing a large smallmouth on rod and reel. St.Croix which are the “best rods on earth” can capitalize specific markets by targeting specific species of fish. Anglers who might be partial to a different brand could be persuaded to by St. Croix’s by these posts. Fishermen may see larger fish being caught and want an upgrade, this is exactly what St. Croix is capitalizing on. Fishermen who are looking for a change, trying to catch bigger and better bass.
